Where can I leave comments / feed-back on the event?
At the event every delegate receives a feed-back questionnaire. Please find time to fill it out. Your comments will be carefully reviewed and will be taken into account in our future work. You may leave your comments at the registration desk or send it to us later by fax +7 (495) 651-9435 or e-mail events@ato.ru.

Should you need a contract, please notify the Delegate Participation Dept. Manager. Originals of all accounting paperwork will be available at the event, please ask at the registration desk.

When do I get conference materials?
At the registration counter you will receive conference materials, which have been approved by the speakers for print and distribution. Within several days after the conference you will receive an e-mail message containing a link to access complete on-line version of the conference materials.

Is there a dress-code for the events?
Conferences are business events, so the organizing committee recommends business style outfit for attending them.

What happens when I arrive at the conference venue?
Upon your arrival at the Hotel, please proceed to the event registration counter, where you will receive your personal name badge, which serves as pass to all conference sessions. Please wear the adge at all times, while attending the conference. If you are late for the morning registration, you may summon your badge at the registration at any time during the conference.

Will the organizers keep me posted on all changes?
All changes and the latest information is published on ATO Events web-site. Please check the event pages regularly or register at the web-site for free to receive news on the coming events.

Where and when does the event take place?
Complete information on the event date and venue, as well as travel directions is accessible on the event web-page under “Location”. If you have registered as a delegate, you will receive your participation confirmation several days prior to the event. The confirmation will include detailed information which you may find useful, including the address and travel direction for the event site, as well as the cell phone numbers for the event coordinators, conference agenda etc. Should you still have questions, please reach us at: +7 (495) 651-9435 or call the coordinator on his/her cell phone.

What should I do if I have registered for an event, but cannot participate?
To cancel your registration, please send your request in writing by e-mail. We will refund the registration fee, less:
20 % for cancellation one month or more in advance;
50 % for cancellation 2 weeks – one month in advance.
In case of cancellation in less that two weeks before the date of the event or in case the delegate fails to show up at the conference for some reason and did not notify the organizing committee, we reserve the right to use the delegate’s reservation fee to cover the expenses associated with organization of the delegate’s participation. -
I can’t participate, but a colleague would like to participate instead. Can this be arranged?
You may change the participant without additional payment. Please inform us that there will be a change, by e-mail, phone or fax, prior to the event.

What should I do if I need a visa?
Citizens of most countries in the world need an entrance visa to visit Russia. It is your responsibility to acquire the Russian visa. Please contact your local Russian consulate for complete information. The process may take time, so it is best practice to apply for a visa as early as possible.
Not being accredited by the Foreign Affairs Ministry, we cannot provide official visa invitations. However most embassies / consulates will accept a hotel reservation confirmation for invitation. So when you book your hotel room, please ask your reservation manager to send you an official confirmation for visa purposes.
As an alternative way, you may choose to turn to a travel agency, which will assist you with the visa. -
What is the timeframe for payment for the registration?
Registration Fee should be paid no later than the date stated in the Registration form.

What is included in the registration fee?
Registration Fee includes: participation in all conference Sessions, conference materials (presentations provided by Speakers in print or on a CD, conference Agenda etc), and all meals associated with the event (coffee-breaks, lunch).
Registration Fee does not cover accommodation and visa. -
What are the payment options?
When you fill out a registration form, you choose a payment method:
4. on-line payment with a bank card
5. off-line payment with a bank card (after we receive your registration form, we will send you a bank card payment form)
6. bank transfer (after we receive your registration form, we will send you a bill)
Please note that the payment must be made prior to the event; otherwise upon your arrival at the event venue you will be asked to provide a credit card to guarantee your payment. To avoid delays at the event and a possible access denial, please settle all payment details before the event. -
How do I register for a conference?
To take part in an event you need to register. The easiest way to do it is to fill out a registration form on-line. We also accept applications bye-mail events@ato.ru.
Within two working days from receiving your registration form we will send you to the e-mail address you provide in the form, all the necessary information on how you should proceed.
You may register several delegates at the same time. To do so, click on Add Delegate field. When you register two or more delegates for the same event, you receive a discount off registration fee! -
Where can I get more details on the event?
Please address your questions to Delegate Participation Dept. either by calling +7 495 108-51-43 or writing to events@ato.ru . Also, every web-page dedicated to a particular event has contact information for staff responsible for the event. They are always ready to assist with any questions.

How do I unsubscribe?
To unsubscribe from our news and notices please call us on +7 495 108-51-43 or send an e-mail message with UNSUBSCRIBE as subject to events@ato.ru. In this message please give the name, company and position of the person who no longer wishes to be excluded from mailing. Please also specify, which events are of no interest to you.
