Payment conditions

1. For booking the mobile booth following payment are required:
1.1 Prepayment of 40% should be made within 14 days of invoicing;
1.2 Full balance should be made within 3 month of booth’s reservation date.

If payment by 1.1 is not received within 14 days of the invoicing date the Organizer reserve the right to cancel reservation and release the booth for sale.
If Customer does not meet the deadlines for 100% payment, the Contractor does not guarantee the preservation of the reservation of the reserved booth (floor, place), and the earlier cost is subject to review. Payment is made at the cost of the current date.

The Client/Event’s attendee does not have right to distribute pamphlets, brochures or any other promotional materials at or outside the Event without Organizing Committee’s prior approval and Organizer shall remove any such material and reserves the right to recover the cost according to the price list (including any damage caused) from Participant.

The Client/Event’s attendee must not arrange any private conventions or events during and within 3 days of the Event without Organizing Committee’s prior written consent.

2. If written notice of cancellation is received on or before September 11, 2019 the Organizer will provide refund less 40% deposit.
If written notice of cancellation is received from September 11 till November 12, 2019 the Organizer will provide refund less 60% deposit.
If written notice of cancellation is received after November 12, 2019 then Exhibitor is liable for 100% of mobile booth contracted.

3. Consent to Personal Data Processing

By completing this registration form, I confirm my consent to the processing of my personal data contained in it, in order to provide me with services for participating in the conference
This consent is in force from the date of filling in the registration form and up to the day of the abandonment of consenting.
By filling in this registration form you hereby agree to the abovementioned terms and conditions.
