Term «airline» means a company which 1) provides air transport services for passengers or freight, 2) has recognized operating certificate, 3) lease or own aircraft with which to supply abovementioned services.
The fee covers participation in all conference sessions; conference materials; simultaneous translation; catering during conference breaks, indicated in the agenda (coffee breaks, lunches, evening reception with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks) (VAT including). The Organizing Committee reserves the right, providing 10 days written notice to revise the Contracted rate, should the exchange rate of Russian Rubles to USD or EUR depreciate by more than 10% from the official exchange rate of the Bank of Russia on the date the registration form was filled. Revised rates will come into effect on the 11th day after such a notification is sent by e-mail, fax or currier. Notification sent by e-mail or fax is accepted as original. Payment must be made before March 30 2012 to save the discount; before April 20 2012 to guarantee your participation (without discount).
A full refund (minus 10% administration charge) is available for cancellations received in the written form (by letter or fax) before the March 30 2012. No refund will be given after this date. Substitutions can be made without any extra payment.
