Registration terms and conditions

The fee covers participation in all conference sessions; conference materials; simultaneous translation; catering during conference breaks, indicated in the agenda (coffee breaks, lunches, evening reception with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks) (VAT including). The Organizing Committee reserves the right, providing 10 days written notice to revise the Contracted rate, should the exchange rate of Russian Rubles to USD or EUR depreciate by more than 10% from the official exchange rate of the Bank of Russia on the date the registration form was filled. Revised rates will come into effect on the 11th day after such a notification is sent by e-mail, fax or currier. Notification sent by e-mail or fax is accepted as original. Payment must be made before March 30 2012 to save the discount; before April 20 2012 to guarantee your participation. Registration form is valid for delegates from one company.

Corporate discounts

• 2 delegates - 5%
• 3 or more delegates - 10%

Discount is valid for one registration form only.

Cancellation policy

Full refund (less 10% administration charge) is available for cancellations received in writing (by letter / fax) before March 30 2012. No refund is available after this date. Substitutions are accepted without extra charge at any date.
