Registration Terms and Conditions

The fee covers participation in all conference sessions, simultaneous translation, drinks during conference breaks, lunches (VAT including).

Payment for participation in EU-Russia Airlines Cooperation Conference must be made before April 15 2011 to save the discount; before May 10 2011 to guarantee your participation (without discount).

Payment for participation in EU-Russia Air Transport Today and Tomorrow Conference must be made before October 31 2011 to save the discount; before November 25 2011 to guarantee your participation (without discount).

Payment for participation in both Conferences must be made before April 29 2011 to save the discount; before May 10 2011 to guarantee your participation (without discount).

Cancellation policy

A full refund (minus 10% administration charge) is available for cancellations received in the written form (by letter or fax) before the April 1 2011. No refund will be given after this date. Substitutions can be made without any extra payment.
