Registration Terms and Conditions The fee covers participation in all conference sessions; conference materials; simultaneous translation; catering during conference breaks, indicated in the agenda (coffee breaks, lunches, evening reception with alcoholic drinks) (VAT including). Payment must be made before February 1 2012 to save the discount; before March 5 2012 to guarantee your participation. Registration form is valid for delegates from one company. Corporate discount 5% - 2 delegates 10% - 3 delegates Cancellation policy Full refund (less 10% administration charge) is available for cancellations received in writing (by letter / fax) before February 1 2012. No refund is available after this date. Substitutions are accepted without extra charge at any date.
