Russia - China: Airport Technology & Development
Russia and China economy cooperation is marked by significant enhancement. It encourages high rate of trade increase, widening of investment cooperation and deep interpenetration of Russian and Chinese business. China is a leading trade partner of Russia in the Asia-Pacific region.
Two countries’ cooperation in the air transport field is characterized by increasing passenger and cargo flow as well as the number of destinations and new routes.
Among other countries China is most dynamically developing its air transport industry. The Chinese government has ambitious plans of new airports building. Currently the 3d terminal of Beijing airport is the biggest one in the world.
At the same time ground infrastructure of Russian airports is at the stage of critical modernization. Capital and regional airport get an impulse for development attracting private investments and management companies.
The important part of the development is ground handling equipment renovation. It can lead (help out) an airport to a new level of service, foreign airlines are used to.
The main aims of the conference are: sharing Chinese experience in airport management and development with representatives of Russian airports, presenting the capabilities of Chinese ground handling equipment manufacturers, settling interaction between the airport communities of the RF and the CNR, attracting financing of Russian airport infrastructure development, discussing the development of new technologies for airport complex modernization.
We invite General, Commercial and Business development Directors of airports, developers and suppliers of ground handling equipment and technologies, representatives of Russian and Chinese airlines and professional associations and state officials.
