Payment

The fee covers participation in all conference sessions, simultaneous translation, drinks during conference breaks and lunches, the official evening reception (VAT including). Payment must be made before 20th of January 2011 to save the discount; before 15th of 5th February 2011 to guarantee your participation.

Discounts are valid only for one registration form. Discounts are not summed up.

Cancellation policy

Full refund (less 10% administration charge) is available for cancellations received in writing (by letter/fax) before 20th of January 2011. No refund is available after this date. Substitutions are accepted without extra charge at any date.
